Flagship of the Domaine, the "Las Gravas" cuvée comes from a single plot of old Mourvèdre (locally called Monastrell) 50 years old in the north, and two other plots also located due north for Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon, replaced by Grenache a few years ago. The whole vineyard is planted in cups on sandy and stony soils, and the work of the vines perfectly respects the tradition and the typicality of the main grape variety, "Monastrell". The aging is done for 19 months in French oak barrels of 500 liters and American of 225 liters.

Casa Castillo
Founded in 1941 by José Sánchez-Cerezo and Julia Roch Melgares, the Casa Castillo estate, whose vineyards are located at an altitude of 760 metres in the Jumilla mountains in the east of the province of Murcia, is now passionately managed by José María Vicente. The estate covers 402 hectares, 174 of which are devoted to vineyards, the rest being dedicated to almonds and olives. This estate is Spain's answer to the best red Bandols, but you should not drink them too young. Mourvèdre and Syrah are probably the grape varieties that best suit Simeon Perez's method of cultivation. The wines are rustic in the early years, but gain in precision with age and are unbeatable value for money.

Keep your wine in our cellar
We can house your wines in our conditioned warehouse, located near Bordeaux. Our large storage capacities allow us to offer you preferential rates, as part of a hosting contract. We also offer our foreign customers the possibility of keeping their wines in suspension of duties and taxes (RFSE status) in a partner warehouse located in the Bordeaux suburbs.
