Packages are shipped after receipt of payment.

To ensure that you benefit from the best prices and a quality express service in line with the top-of-the-range products we offer, we work closely with Chronopost for all our deliveries.

We offer two delivery methods: at home or at a relay point.

For France, Chronopost provides next day delivery before 1 p.m. for orders placed before 11 a.m. For the rest of Europe, a delay of 1 to 3 days is necessary.

All our products are delivered in packaging specially designed for wine.

Whichever delivery method you choose, you will receive a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage.

We recommend that you group all your items in one order or let us know that you want to complete with other orders to avoid shipping costs applying to each of them.

Exceptionally, for special orders or on request, we can offer you other transport solutions.

When receiving your delivery, it is important to check the pallet(s) in the presence of the delivery person. You must check and count your packages. If you notice missing packages, one or more crushed, torn or open packages, you must open the packages and check whether some of the products are missing or have been damaged during transport. If you notice a missing or damaged product, you must put specific reservations on the delivery note.

Here are the types of reservations that we recommend that you note on the delivery note:

  • Package missing on pallet (specify the number): Specify if pallet unwrapped without warranty tape, X packages are missing.
  • Open package (specify if missing parts): missing X parts.
  • Parcel crushed (specify if broken parts): X broken parts.
  • Torn or ripped parcel (specify if broken parts): X broken parts
  • Traces of shocks: imperatively check the contents and make a reservation on the damaged parts.

It is important to note precisely your reservations in order to be able to apply for insurance in view of a possible reimbursement.
