Elected Best Young Sommelier of France at the age of 21, restaurateur and writer, Hervé Bizeul fell in love with these magical and mysterious landscapes nestled in the majestic cirque of Vingrau at the foot of the Eastern Pyrenees, close to the Mediterranean Sea, in the Roussillon. It was here that Hervé Bizeul decided to found the Clos des Fées estate with his wife Claudine. After a first vintage in 1998, the Clos des Fées estate experienced a meteoric rise. Today, the Clos des Fées estate is one of the most prestigious in Languedoc-Roussillon.
