Domaine Weinbach

Domaine Weinbach, located in Kaysersberg at the foot of the Grand Cru Schlossberg in Alsace, is one of the world's leading references for fine white wines. Founded by Capuchin monks in 1612 and acquired by the Faller family in 1898, the estate extends over 28 hectares farmed biodynamically since 2005. Under the direction of Catherine Faller and her sons Eddy and Théo, the property produces Riesling, Gewurztraminer and Pinot Gris of crystalline purity and rare minerality, drawn from the Grands Crus Schlossberg, Furstentum, Mambourg and Marckrain.
