Founded in 1614 in Ammerschwihr, Domaine Jean-Baptiste Adam embodies fifteen generations of winemaking passion in the heart of Alsace. The estate owns 17 hectares of vines and farms an additional 4 hectares, with the entire vineyard cultivated biodynamically and Demeter-certified since 2004. The Grand Cru Kaefferkopf, the domaine's emblematic terroir, expresses with finesse the Alsatian grape varieties — Riesling, Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir — in wines of remarkable purity. Led today by Jean-Baptiste and his daughter Laure, representing the fifteenth generation, the estate perpetuates exceptional savoir-faire that unites tradition with viticultural excellence.
