Domaine Fevre William

Domaine William Fèvre is one of the largest owners of Chablis Grand Cru, with 70 hectares spread across 90 parcels including 15.2 hectares of Grand Cru and 15.9 hectares of Premier Cru. Founded in 1959 by William Fèvre, the estate is now managed by Didier Séguier and has belonged to Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite since January 2024. A pioneer of organic and biodynamic viticulture in Chablis, the domaine produces Chardonnay wines of crystalline purity, marked by chiselled minerality and the characteristic tension of the finest Kimmeridgian terroirs in Burgundy.
