Domaine Jean-Paul & Benoît Droin is one of the oldest estates in Chablis, established in the appellation since at least 1620. Benoît Droin represents the fourteenth generation of winemakers and today manages 26 hectares spread across all four appellation levels: Petit Chablis, Chablis, nine Premier Crus, and five Grand Crus. Rated 3 stars by Revue du Vin de France, the estate is renowned for its Burgundy wines of exceptional precision and minerality, sourced from the characteristic Kimmeridgian soils of Chablis.
