Domaine Saouma

Domaine Saouma, founded in 2009 by Mounir and Rotem Saouma in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, now encompasses 12 hectares in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation and 12 hectares in Côtes du Rhône Villages. Owners of the prestigious Burgundian négociant Lucien Le Moine since 1999, the couple applies a minimalist Burgundy-inspired approach in the Southern Rhône, focusing on Grenache and white varietals with extended ageing of up to 60 months. The estate stands out for its unusual 40% white wine production, acclaimed for finesse, purity and mineral depth.
