La prestigieuse parcelle de la Cabotte a la particularité d’être un monopole de la maison Bouchard Père & Fils. Très petite (21 ares), elle qui faisait autrefois partie de l'appellation Montrachet. La Cabotte 2011 présente au nez un bouquet distingué et intense de fleurs blanches et de notes grillées. La bouche est d'une grande densité, tout en longueur, une définition extraordinaire, la finale est splendide.

Domaine Bouchard (Pere & Fils)

​​Initially Burgundy wine merchants, the Bouchard family bought their first parcel in Volnay in 1775. Later, they acquired the Vigne de l'Enfant Jésus in Beaune, the family's symbol. The family also obtained the monopoly of the Clos Saint Landry cru. In 1820, the descendant Bernard Bouchard bought the prestigious Château de Beaune, a former 15th century royal bastion built against the city walls during the reign of Louis XI. The galleries with their fortified and insulated walls were then transformed into ageing cellars. The estate now has 130 hectares of vines. A unique heritage in Burgundy, by its diversity and its prestigious appellations: Montrachet, Corton-Charlemagne, Bonnes-Mares, Meursault Perrières. These names are charged with history, which incite excellence and respect.

Keep your wine in our cellar

We can house your wines in our conditioned warehouse, located near Bordeaux. Our large storage capacities allow us to offer you preferential rates, as part of a hosting contract. We also offer our foreign customers the possibility of keeping their wines in suspension of duties and taxes (RFSE status) in a partner warehouse located in the Bordeaux suburbs.
