Champagne Gonet Medeville

Champagne Gonet-Médeville is a grower-producer estate founded in 2000 in Bisseuil by Xavier Gonet and his wife Julie Médeville. The domaine encompasses 12 hectares across eight villages in Champagne, including three Grands Crus (Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Ambonnay) and five Premiers Crus. The Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier vines are organically farmed. The winemaking approach prioritises terroir expression: no chaptalization, no malolactic fermentation, minimal dosage and extended ageing.
