Domaine De l'Aurage

Domaine de l'Aurage, owned by Caroline and Louis Mitjavile, stands as one of the finest estates in the Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux appellation. Located in Saint-Genès-de-Castillon on 20 hectares of clay-limestone soils, the estate produces a Merlot-dominated wine crafted in the purest Mitjavile style: concentrated, silky, and remarkably aromatic. With its debut vintage in 2007, L'Aurage perpetuates the family legacy of François Mitjavile, founder of Tertre Roteboeuf, while asserting its own distinct Bordeaux identity.
