Domaine Gauby

Domaine Gauby, located in Calce, Roussillon, is one of southern France's benchmark estates. Founded by Gérard Gauby in the mid-1980s, the estate extends over 45 hectares of vineyards farmed biodynamically since 2001. Grenache, Carignan, Syrah and Mourvèdre form the backbone of the reds, whilst Macabeu, Grenache Blanc and Gris shape the iconic white cuvées such as Coume Gineste and the flagship red Muntada, one of the most sought-after wines of the Mediterranean basin.
