Clos du Mont Olivet is a historic estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, founded in 1932 by Séraphin Sabon and Marie Jausset. Today managed by the fourth generation of the Sabon family — Thierry, Céline and David — the estate spans around twenty hectares in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and produces classic wines from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, celebrated for their finesse, elegance and remarkable ageing potential.
