Domaine La Terrasse D' Elise

Founded in 1998 by Xavier Braujou in Languedoc-Roussillon, Domaine La Terrasse d'Elise has established itself as one of the finest references in Aniane. Across approximately 20 hectares split between Aniane and Saint-Jean-de-Fos, Xavier Braujou crafts single-varietal wines — Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre, Cinsault — under the IGP Pays de l'Hérault, rejecting the constraints of AOC classifications. Hand-harvested, extremely low yields of 20 to 25 hl/ha, organic and biodynamic viticulture without certification, minimalist winemaking: an approach that imparts exceptional finesse, freshness, and elegance to his wines. The estate is rated two stars by La Revue du Vin de France.
