Langhe Sauvignon Bricco Rovella 2023 from Domaine Parusso is a white wine from Piedmont crafted from Sauvignon Blanc vines over 20 years old. The estate's sole non-native variety, this cuvée takes its name from the Bricco Rovella hill where the Parusso family has cultivated vines since 1925. Produced following the domain's signature methods — indigenous yeast fermentation and extended ageing on natural lees — the wine combines the aromatic intensity of Sauvignon Blanc with the refinement of a high-altitude marly terroir.
