Domaine Chavy-Chouet is a 15-hectare family estate based in Meursault, in the heart of Burgundy. Run since 2006 by Romaric Chavy, the seventh generation of winemakers, the domaine produces wines from 14 appellations, 80% white wines from Chardonnay and 20% red from Pinot Noir, including an emblematic monopole: the Clos des Corvées de Citeau. Rooted in the terroirs of Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Saint-Aubin, Volnay and Pommard, Chavy-Chouet embodies the alliance between rigour, tradition and innovation, producing wines renowned for their purity, tension and aromatic precision.
