Clos Sorbé 2021 from Domaine David Duband is a red Morey-Saint-Denis Premier Cru made from Pinot Noir vines of around fifty years of age, facing east in the heart of the village. Organically farmed, aged for 13 months in barrel (40% new oak) and bottled without filtration or fining, it is one of the single-vineyard cuvées of the Chevannes estate. The 2021 vintage gives a fresh, floral wine, lighter than recent years.
