Crafted from 100% Melon de Bourgogne grown biodynamically on volcanic gabbro soils in the Gorges vineyard, this dry white wine embodies the vision of Jérôme Bretaudeau, named Winemaker of the Year 2025 by La Revue du Vin de France. Natural vinification, extended lees ageing in underground tanks, and certified biodynamic viticulture (Biodyvin, 2020).
