Domaine David Duband, located in Chevannes in the heart of the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits, has established itself as one of the rising stars of Burgundy. Founded in 1991 by David Duband, the estate now cultivates 17 hectares under certified organic farming (Ecocert) and covers 23 prestigious appellations across the Côte de Nuits, from Nuits-Saint-Georges to Gevrey-Chambertin, including six Grands Crus. A pioneer of whole-cluster fermentation since 2008, David Duband produces elegant, refined and profound Pinot Noir wines, celebrated on the tables of Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide.
