Château Petit Village

Located in the heart of the Pomerol appellation, Château Petit Village extends over 10.5 hectares in a single triangular plot at the highest point of the Catusseau plateau, on a terroir of deep gravel and clay. Founded in the 18th century, the estate has been owned since 2020 by the Moulin family, who have pursued rigorous viticulture with organic certification obtained in 2020, striving to reveal the full potential of this exceptional Right Bank terroir.

Château Petit Village 2008 is a distinguished Pomerol from one of the appellation's most celebrated terroirs. A blend of 75% Merlot, 13% Cabernet Sauvignon and 12% Cabernet Franc, this wine embodies the classic elegance of a demanding Bordeaux vintage, marked by rigorous selection and sought-after balance. Under the stewardship of AXA Millésimes and Christian Seely, with consultant Stéphane Derenoncourt since 2005, Petit Village confirmed in 2008 the quality improvements observed throughout the decade.
