Château Canon, Premier Grand Cru Classé B from Saint-Émilion, sits atop the prestigious limestone plateau overlooking the medieval town. Owned by the Wertheimer family (Chanel) since 1996, this 34-hectare estate cultivates 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc on exceptional clay-limestone soils. Under the direction of Nicolas Audebert since 2014, the estate crafts wines of refined elegance, marked by mineral tension and crystalline freshness characteristic of the terroir.
