Château Fonroque, a Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé, comprises 17.6 hectares located northwest of the medieval town. Owned by the Guillard family since 2017, this pioneering biodynamic estate in Bordeaux — certified since 2008 — produces wines of remarkable elegance and purity from a vineyard planted to 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc. Under the leadership of Judith Barat and the technical direction of Ludovic Guibert, with Alain Moueix as consultant, Fonroque embodies a contemporary vision of Saint-Émilion, combining freshness, mineral tension and cellaring potential.
