Château La Couspaude

Located in the heart of the medieval village of Saint-Émilion Grand Cru, Château La Couspaude is a 7-hectare Grand Cru Classé estate situated on the historic limestone plateau of the appellation. The property takes its name from "La Croix Paute", once marking the crossroads for pilgrims on their way to Santiago de Compostela. Owned by the Aubert family for over a century, the estate was acquired in February 2026 by Pierre-Henri and Véronique Flurin. The walled vineyard produces elegant, structured wines from Merlot (75%), Cabernet Franc (20%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (5%), certified High Environmental Value level 3.
