Domaine Yannick Amirault stands among the leading references in the Bourgueil and Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil appellations within the Loire Valley. Founded in 1977, this family-run estate of around twenty hectares, organically certified since 2009, crafts a range of red wines made exclusively from Cabernet Franc, bearing the hallmark of exceptional terroir and expertise. La Mine 2023 from Domaine Yannick Amirault is a red Saint-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil crafted from certified organic Cabernet Franc. The wine originates from gravelly clay soils located at the foot of the Malgagnes slope and the La Mineraie lieu-dit, from vines averaging 45 years in age. Vinified in conical wooden vats with extended maceration and aged in barrels and stoneware jars, it reveals the mineral and graphite character typical of the terroir.
