Established in 2004 in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon region, Domaine La Pèira en Damaisèla has rapidly emerged as one of the most acclaimed estates of the Terrasses du Larzac appellation. Owned by Australian composer Rob Dougan and Montpellier-born Karine Ahton, the estate spans 11.4 hectares on quaternary alluvial soils near the hamlet of Sainte-Brigitte. With exceptionally low yields and uncompromising quality standards, La Pèira crafts wines from Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Carignan, alongside a rare white blend of Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier, and Clairette.
