Domaine Le Soula

Domaine Le Soula embodies a visionary project born in 2001 in the heart of the Fenouillèdes, on the foothills of the Eastern Pyrenees. Founded by Gérard Gauby and two English wine importers, Roy Richards and Mark Walford, this 22-hectare estate perched between 350 and 650 metres above sea level cultivates Mediterranean and continental grape varieties — Syrah, Carignan, Grenache, Macabeu, Sauvignon Blanc, Vermentino — on decomposed granite soils using biodynamic methods. Since 2016, Wendy Wilson has led the estate, crafting wines of remarkable purity, tension and freshness, shaped by a unique climate that blends Mediterranean and mountain influences, lending each cuvée an energetic and refined signature.
