Domaine De Pieblanc

Founded in 2014 by Matthieu Ponson, Domaine de Piéblanc is established in Gigondas at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail. Spanning 44 hectares across Gigondas, Beaumes-de-Venise and Ventoux, the estate cultivates Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan under certified organic farming since 2020. The wines, vinified in an eco-friendly gravity-fed cellar inaugurated in 2022, express the freshness and finesse of altitude terroirs.

Predominantly crafted from Syrah, this small-production cuvée originates from old vines exceeding 40 years of age, planted at 300 metres altitude at the foot of Mont Ventoux, capturing the alpine freshness of a pristine terroir. Vintage 2020 marks the estate's first certified organic harvest, combining elegance with depth.
