Château Le Grand Verdus extends over 100 hectares of vines in Sadirac, in the heart of Entre-Deux-Mers, 20 km east of Bordeaux. The estate unfolds across undulating terrain offering 80 metres of elevation, with plots situated above 80 metres altitude. This mosaic of over 50 parcels presents a diversity of soils — chalky-clay on the lower slopes, gravelly-clay on the upper slopes, silty-clay in the valleys — alternating limestone, clay and rolled gravels. Les Petites Bulles is sourced from the estate's coolest blocks, where exposure and natural ventilation preserve vivid aromatic freshness.

The estate has been certified organic since the 2023 vintage, and practises agroforestry to preserve surrounding biodiversity. Les Petites Bulles is crafted using the ancestral method: the wine is bottled before the end of alcoholic fermentation, which continues naturally in bottle, creating effervescence without any added yeast or sugar. No filtration, no disgorgement — the Pet Nat is bottled at the right moment to capture fine, spontaneous bubbles. No ageing: the wine is bottled directly, preserving all the vibrancy of the fruit and the aromatic purity of the grape varieties.
