Domaine Marcel Deiss, located in Bergheim at the heart of Alsace, stands as one of the region's absolute references. Founded in 1947, the estate cultivates 32 hectares under biodynamic viticulture and distinguishes itself through the ancestral practice of complantation — the art of blending up to 13 Alsatian grape varieties in a single parcel to reveal the pure expression of terroir. Led by Mathieu Deiss, supported by his father Jean-Michel, the domaine produces wines of exceptional complexity and depth, from three Grands Crus (Altenberg de Bergheim, Schoenenbourg, Mambourg) and nine self-proclaimed Premiers Crus.
