A blend of Sémillon (95%) and Muscadelle (5%), this dry white Bordeaux represents an unconventional approach to the Sauternes terroir: harvesting Sémillon at full maturity, just before noble rot sets in, to capture both concentration and limestone tension in a profoundly layered dry wine.
