Domaine Goisot, located in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux in the Yonne, is one of the essential references of northern Burgundy. Jean-Hugues and Guilhem Goisot craft, across 30 hectares farmed organically and biodynamically—Demeter certified since 2005—wines of remarkable purity and minerality from Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Aligoté and Pinot Noir. The estate produces mainly Saint-Bris, Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre and Irancy that rival the most prestigious appellations of the region.
