Domaine Vincent Dauvissat stands among the absolute benchmarks of the Chablis appellation, alongside Domaine Raveneau. Located in the heart of northern Burgundy, the estate spans 12.7 hectares distributed across Petit Chablis, Chablis village, Premiers Crus and Grands Crus. Vincent Dauvissat has led the family property since 1989, supported since 2013 by his children Ghislain and Étiennette. Farmed biodynamically without certification since 2002, the vineyard yields wines of remarkable purity, minerality and tension, vinified with minimal intervention to allow the terroir to express itself fully.
