Domaine Agrapart

Champagne Agrapart, based in Avize since 1894, embodies the quintessence of the Côte des Blancs terroir. Pascal Agrapart and his son Ambroise craft exceptional Blanc de Blancs from 12 hectares of Chardonnay, including 9 hectares of Grand Cru vineyards (Avize, Cramant, Oger, Oiry). A grower-producer committed to organic principles, the estate vinifies each parcel separately and ages its wines in demi-muids, unfined and unfiltered. Its cuvées — Minéral, Avizoise, Vénus — express with crystalline purity the chalky minerality of Champagne. Awarded three stars in La Revue du Vin de France, Agrapart stands as a global reference.

Agrapart Expérience Brut Nature Grand Cru 2015 is a blanc de blancs Champagne crafted entirely from Chardonnay harvested in the Robards and Bionnes lieux-dits in Avize. This cuvée embodies a revolutionary method elaborated without added yeast, sulphur or sugar — only unfermented grape juice from the 2016 vintage was used to trigger the prise de mousse. Disgorged in April 2020, it represents the radical vision of Pascal Agrapart: a 100% grape Champagne, zero dosage, pure expression of Avize grand cru in a solar vintage.
