Roses de Jeanne

Roses de Jeanne is the iconic estate of Cédric Bouchard, founded in 2000 in Celles-sur-Ource, southern Champagne, in the Côte des Bar. A former sommelier turned visionary vigneron, Bouchard revolutionised the Champagne landscape with a radical philosophy: one grape variety, one plot, one vintage, zero dosage. Across nearly 3 hectares farmed organically, he crafts Champagnes of absolute precision, true single-vineyard expressions from Kimmeridgian terroir comparable to Chablis. Named Champagne's finest winemaker in 2008 by Gault Millau, Bouchard produces ultra-limited cuvées — Val Vilaine, Les Ursules, La Bolorée, Le Creux d'Enfer — that rank among the world's most sought-after Champagnes.
