Domaine Partagé Gilles Berlioz is located in Chignin, Savoie, on the slopes of the Massif des Bauges. Founded in 1990 by Gilles and Christine Berlioz, this 6-hectare estate cultivates Demeter-certified biodynamic vineyards planted with the region's signature varieties — roussanne (locally called bergeron), jacquère, altesse, and mondeuse. A self-taught winemaker, Gilles Berlioz has established a parcel-based approach and uncompromising standards that have elevated Savoie wines to national recognition, earning three stars in La Revue du Vin de France in 2023.

The Chignin-Bergeron Les Fripons 2021 from Domaine Partagé Gilles Berlioz embodies the alpine expression of Roussanne — locally known as Bergeron — sourced from an east-facing parcel on the clay-limestone slopes of the Bauges massif.
