Château Gassier

Nestled at the foot of the Sainte-Victoire mountain, Château Gassier extends across 40 hectares of organically certified vineyards within the Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire appellation. Owned by the Gassier family since 1982, the estate is currently led by winemaker Georges Gassier and oenologist Léa Rouyet, who craft some of the finest gastronomic rosés and whites in Provence, with signature cuvées including Le Pas du Moine, 946, and Elevae.

The Cuvée 946 from Château Gassier is a distinguished Provence rosé from the Côtes de Provence Sainte-Victoire appellation. A blend of Grenache and Syrah in equal parts, completed with Rolle, this 2018 vintage is partly vinified in Austrian demi-muids. Its name pays tribute to the Croix de Provence, perched at 946 metres above sea level atop the Montagne Sainte-Victoire.
