Domaine Clos Cibonne

Domaine Clos Cibonne, a Cru Classé estate in Provence since 1955, spans 15 hectares in Le Pradet, just 800 metres from the Mediterranean Sea, between Toulon and Hyères. Owned by the Roux family since 1793, then passed to the Deforges family, the domaine has become the custodian of Tibouren, a rare indigenous grape variety from which it crafts exceptional rosés and reds. Certified organic since 2019 and now managed by Olivier Deforges, Clos Cibonne ages its wines in century-old foudres under fleurette, a unique technique that imparts remarkable depth and ageing potential to its cuvées.
