The Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru En Ergot "Cuvée du Mélèze" 2019 from Maison Laurent Ponsot is a rare Gevrey-Chambertin Premier Cru sourced from a distinctive parcel. 100% Pinot Noir, this cuvée hails from a climat that remained largely undeclared until Laurent Ponsot's acquisition. The generous 2019 vintage delivers a refined, structured Gevrey that embodies the "haute couture" winemaking philosophy of the domaine.
