Domaine Clair Bruno

Based in Marsannay-la-Côte at the heart of Burgundy, Domaine Bruno Clair ranks among the leading estates of the Côte de Nuits. Founded in 1979 by Bruno Clair, grandson of Joseph Clair who established the renowned Domaine Clair-Daü, this family estate now spans 27 hectares across some thirty appellations, from the village of Marsannay to the grand crus Chambertin Clos de Bèze, Bonnes-Mares and Corton-Charlemagne. Crafted from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, the wines are distinguished by their finesse, aromatic purity and ageing potential, shaped by a minimal intervention approach and sustainable viticulture with organic principles.

  • GEVREY CHAMBERTIN 1 ER CRU

The Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Les Cazetiers 2012 from Domaine Bruno Clair represents the excellence of one of the finest premier crus in Gevrey-Chambertin. Crafted from Pinot Noir grown on an exceptional terroir neighbouring Clos Saint-Jacques, this wine combines the power characteristic of the appellation with a striking mineral refinement. The 2012 vintage, structured and taut, produced age-worthy reds in the Côte de Nuits, particularly successful at exacting domaines.
