The Cuvée de l'Aulne 2021 from Laurent Ponsot is a Gevrey-Chambertin crafted from Pinot Noir by this renowned négociant-winemaker established in Gilly-lès-Cîteaux since 2017. Known for his "haute couture" approach with no chemicals in the vineyard and no new oak in the cellar, Laurent Ponsot delivers a village wine of remarkable purity, true to the terroir of the Côte de Nuits.
