Domaine Hauvette, established in 1988 in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, stands as one of the leading organic wine estates in Provence. Led by Dominique Hauvette, this 16-hectare domaine produces wines of remarkable purity under the Les Baux-de-Provence and IGP Alpilles appellations, farmed biodynamically since 2003. With signature cuvées such as Cornaline, Améthyste, Jaspe and Dolia, the estate crafts principally racy reds from Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault and Cabernet Sauvignon, alongside distinctive whites from Roussanne, Marsanne and Clairette. Named Winemaker of the Year 2020 by Revue du Vin de France and awarded three stars by the most prestigious guides, Dominique Hauvette embodies a free, demanding and authentic vision of Provençal wine.
