Domaine Mas Jullien, founded in 1985 by Olivier Jullien in Jonquières on the Terrasses du Larzac, embodies the qualitative renaissance of Languedoc. Across 18 hectares of varied soils—clay-limestone, schist, sandstone and silica—this pioneering estate produces red, white and rosé wines of remarkable precision and depth. Mas Jullien Le Trescols 2022 is a 100% Pinot Noir from IGP Aveyron, born from a collaboration between Olivier Jullien and Didier Michel. Grown at 400 metres altitude near Millau on clay-limestone soils, this high-altitude wine expresses a rare finesse of the Burgundian grape under the southern sun.
