The Domaine les Aurelles is located in Nizas, between Languedoc-Roussillon and the Mediterranean, on 8.5 hectares cultivated biodynamically. Founded in 1995 by Basile and Caroline Saint-Germain, acquired in 2022 by Matthieu Gufflet, the estate is now managed by Sandrine Garbay. The wines, produced from basaltic terroirs and rounded pebbles, are renowned for their finesse, elegance, and exceptional ageing potential. The Pézenas appellation is here elevated to its highest level of exigence.

Domaine les Aurelles Solen 2017 is a red wine from Languedoc Pézenas, blending 60% Carignan and 40% Grenache. Sourced from a unique volcanic terroir and farmed biodynamically, this wine was aged for 44 months in enamel-lined vats. A precise and refined expression of the Languedoc renaissance, Solen 2017 embodies the finesse and elegance of a benchmark estate.
