Le Citron du Roulot is a lemon liqueur crafted by Jean-Marc Roulot, renowned winemaker in Meursault, Burgundy. Made from organic Sicilian lemons, this 35% ABV liqueur combines maceration of the zest with distillation of the whole fruit through a meticulous artisanal process developed by the domaine. Lightly sweetened (140g/litre), it stands apart from traditional limoncellos through its aromatic complexity and balance between explosive fruit intensity and noble bitterness of the zest.
