Clos du Mont Olivet

Clos du Mont Olivet is a historic estate in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, founded in 1932 by Séraphin Sabon and Marie Jausset. Today managed by the fourth generation of the Sabon family — Thierry, Céline and David — the estate spans around twenty hectares in Châteauneuf-du-Pape and produces classic wines from Grenache, Syrah and Mourvèdre, celebrated for their finesse, elegance and remarkable ageing potential.

The Clos du Mont Olivet Lirac blanc 2025 is a dry white wine from the right bank of the Rhône, blending Grenache blanc (over 50%), Clairette and Ugni blanc. From this benchmark Rhône Valley estate, run by the Sabon family since 1932, this white Lirac is among the appellation's most confidential cuvées, representing less than 10% of its production.
