Shirvington Wines

Shirvington Wines is a family-owned Australian estate located in Willunga, south of McLaren Vale, established in 1996. Specialising in super-premium red wines, the estate crafts primarily Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon from its two vineyards, Redwind and Manjalda. From its first commercial release in 2001, the Cabernet Sauvignon was awarded Wine of the Year at the McLaren Vale Wine Show, followed by a 99-point score from Robert Parker for the Shiraz. Led by Paul and Lynne Shirvington, with their son Mark and winemaker Kim Jackson, the estate now farms 24 hectares and embodies Australian excellence in Shiraz.
