Domaine Arrayán

Bodegas Arrayán is a Spanish estate located in Santa Cruz de Retamar, within the Méntrida appellation (province of Toledo), founded in 1999 by José María Entrecanales and María Marsans. Since 2009, winemaker Maite Sánchez has steered the estate towards an authentic expression of terroir, favouring indigenous varieties such as Garnacha and Albillo Real alongside the original French varieties. The 26-hectare vineyard on Finca La Verdosa, certified organic since 2016, thrives within a preserved Mediterranean dehesa ecosystem.
