Colin Morey

Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey stands as one of the defining estates of contemporary Burgundy. Founded in 2005 in Chassagne-Montrachet by Pierre-Yves Colin, son of the renowned Marc Colin, and his wife Caroline Morey, daughter of Jean-Marc Morey, the estate now encompasses 13 hectares across Saint-Aubin, Chassagne-Montrachet, Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault and Santenay. The production, 92% Chardonnay, is distinguished by crystalline purity, mineral tension and chiselled elegance. Pierre-Yves Colin is now regarded as one of the most gifted winemakers of his generation, with his cuvées sought after by collectors worldwide.

The Meursault 1er Cru Perrières 2011 from Domaine Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey represents one of the finest expressions of this renowned climat in the Côte de Beaune. Crafted from Chardonnay sourced from a 45-year-old parcel on the lower slopes of the Premier Cru, this wine combines roundness and mineral tension in a vintage defined by elegance and purity.
