Viña Magaña

Viña Magaña is a pioneering estate in Navarra, founded in 1969 by Juan Magaña in Barillas. The first estate to plant Merlot in Spain with clones from Château Pétrus, Viña Magaña now extends over 120 hectares of vineyards on a limestone plateau south of the Ebro River. The estate crafts Bordeaux-style wines renowned for their exceptional ageing potential, with a range including Barón de Magaña, Viña Magaña Reserva, Gran Reserva, Dignus, Torcas and Calchetas. The wines are regularly rated above 90 points by the Wine Advocate and are present in over 30 countries.
