Domaine Cathiard Sylvain

Domaine Sylvain Cathiard et Fils is one of the most sought-after producers in Vosne-Romanée, in the heart of Burgundy. Run since 2011 by Sébastien Cathiard, the domaine covers 5 hectares of Pinot Noir spread across Vosne-Romanée, Nuits-Saint-Georges and Chambolle-Musigny, including emblematic parcels in the premier crus Aux Malconsorts, Les Suchots and En Orveaux, as well as a tiny parcel in the grand cru Romanée-Saint-Vivant. Cathiard's wines are distinguished by their purity, silky finesse and remarkable intensity, the result of meticulous viticulture and a non-interventionist approach in the cellar.
